Agisoft Metashape Professiona — позволяет автоматически создавать высококачественные 3D модели объектов на основе цифровых фотографий. Для реконструкции объекта в Metashape достаточно загрузить фотографии, никакой дополнительной информации не требуется. Восстановленную текстурированную 3D модель можно сохранить в различных форматах — OBJ, 3DS, PLY, FBX, VRML, COLLADA, U3D, PDF.

Agisoft Metashape Professional способен обрабатывать любые фотографии, снятые любым цифровым фотоаппаратом, с любых ракурсов. Главное, для того, что бы каждый элемент реконструируемого объекта был виден хотя бы с двух позиций съемки. Если в программу ввести хотя бы одно расстояние между точками объекта или позициями съемки, PhotoScan восстанавливает масштаб всей модели и позволяет определять расстояния между любыми точками объекта и вычислять площади и объемы объекта или его частей. Если в программу ввести координаты хотя бы 3 точек объекта или 3 позиций съемки, Metashape автоматически привязывает модель к данной системе координат, позволяет вычислять проекцию модели на заданную поверхность (ортофотоплан), матрицу высот относительно заданной поверхности (DEM), выводить ортофотоплан и DEM в различных форматах и системах координат. Процесс обработки фотографий полностью автоматизирован и не требует предварительной калибровки камер или ручной маркировки фотографий.
